Hormuz Sail

Inspired by the rich maritime heritage of the southern coastal region and the soaring silhouette of traditional Dhow trading vessels, Hormuz Sail Commercial Complex stands as an iconic architectural landmark. The design translates the dynamic motion of wind-filled sails into two monumental copper-clad shells that frame an expansive, sun-drenched central atrium. Spanning six above-ground levels and three subterranean floors, the development integrates luxury retail gallerias, experiential pedestrian plazas, panoramic fine-dining terraces, and contemporary corporate hubs. The facade articulates a striking contrast between warm copper panels, rhythmic vertical louvers, and structural curtain-wall glazing, bridging historic seafaring culture with futuristic commercial design.
